Blackwood-heavy, flexible and bouncy for easy playing of
single-ended rolls, multiple-beat-strokes and “prrrrrr”-sounds.
Mulga- gets the same flexible quality when turned about 1 mm
thinner, a lighter alternative to the blackwood stick .
Snakewood-relatively stiff, heavy beater with beautiful wood
texture, about the weight of the blackwood stick.
